One of the best features of the new FacetTRAK is that when you are making a new ticket it shows you the last 5 tickets for the customer, so you can see if that issue has been dealt with recently. I also like the escalating feature, that allows you to send the ticket to either a senior tech or the onsite queue.
FacetTRAK has a database of solutions for common (and not-so-common) issues that saves support time and makes us more efficient. Any business with customers who call in or email regularly will benefit!
FacetTrak helps me in putting the tickets in the queue- it eliminates me from having to decide who to assign it to and who is available. Secondly, I think the ability to attach emails into the ticket is extremely helpful as well, eliminates us having to forward to a tech or anyone else who may to reference the email.
It is easy to view what tickets are open, and you have a personalized dashboard that you can change to your taste. What I really love is the new timesheet section of the ticket system. You can easily view what tickets have been completed in a easy to use graphical interface.
